
Our client is a renown player in the private equity and investment business. They are looking for a driven, solutions oriented Talent/ Performance Manager to join their dynamic team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief Performance Officer, you will take direct ownership for leading talent management, performance and development initiatives for targeted group of employees within the business. Your key focuses will include recruitment, induction planning, performance management, training, career development and succession planning, HR advisory and coaching to line managers and employees.
To be considered, you will be degree qualified with top grades from first-class institutions and at least 10 years of experience in a HR business partnering capacity. Combination of Singapore-based and international experience is highly preferred. You are hands-on with big picture strategy skills, passionate about your work and understands what it takes to be successful in a dynamic and results oriented environment. This position will exercise your commercial acumen and sound practical judgement to ensure that your dedicated business areas receive exceptional talent management advise, guidance and direction.
