A prominent player in the Financial Services sector in Singapore.
You will be part of their Talent Development Unit responsible for supporting the management on succession planning and talent development. You will focus on refining talent management practices and sustaining the leadership pipeline for key positions, work closely with management and the business units to identify developmental and deployment opportunities for talent and int he review of succession and development plans. You will also manage the leadership assessment process and the delivery of executive compensation plans, and support the process for the appointment and assessment of Managing Directors.
With a good honours degree from a reputable university and relevant experience in Talent Management, you will be someone who enjoys being hands on yet able to see things from a big picture point of view. You will work comfortably with different levels in a fast paced environment. Resourceful, detailed oriented and a self starter in taking on challenges, you also possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
