Our client is a high profile player in the Financial Services sector with business footprints globally. They now seek a high calibre Regional HR Manager for their team in Singapore.Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will drive, develop and deliver HR expertise to internal clients groups in the assigned sub region in Asia. You will work directly with line managers in providing guidance and expertise on all aspects of the HR interventions and be part of the local management team. You will be expected to lead or support the delivery of local, regional or even global HR projects.To be considered, you will be degree qualified preferably in HRM with more than eight years of HR generalist/ business partnering experience at a regional level. You will demonstrate strong influencing and execution capabilities and confidence working across all levels. Sound business acumen with ability to think strategically yet hands-on in delivery is essential.
