Our client is a world leader in the leisure travel industry with global footprints. Asia is a key region for their business with extensive growth plans in the next two years. Reporting to the Head of HR and Country Business Head, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of the HR function for the respective locations in Asia. As a HR business partner, you will work closely with business leaders in driving strategic business objectives into HR deliverables and ensure HR processes are aligned with Group initiatives. You will also provide proactive support in areas such as compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management as well as talent management. You will also be expected to take on ad hoc HR projects driven globally as well as regionally.To be considered, you will be have over 8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with regional responsibilities. Prior experience within a start up or multi cultural organisation is advantageous. People management experience is of advantage and you will be someone who is highly resourceful, proactive with an ability to work with some level of ambiguity.
