Our client is one of the prominent organisation in Singapore in fund and asset management, they are now seeking a high calibre Learning and Development professional to be part of their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be involved in the design and organisation of a menu of programmes in organisational development, and relevant areas in fund management. Working across business units, you will identify staff learning and development needs and develop training programmes to meet those needs. You will be responsible for the design, craft and implement strategic initiatives and programmes tath are targeted to reinforce or influence the development of the organisation culture. You will also manage the organisation and implementation of programmes across various overseas offices.
To be considered, you will possess a good degree in relevant fields. You will have relevant working experience in curriculum design and programme development, preferably experience in working in the finance industry. Experience in standup training delivery will be a major plus. You must also possess strong analytical skills and exellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
